"Content" includes course material, videos, quizzes, certificates, and all other resources provided through the platform.

Eligibility:
To purchase and complete our training modules, users must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction.

Account Registration and Security:
Users must register with accurate information to access our courses. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please notify us immediately.

Use of the Platform:
Users agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes. Course content must not be copied, resold, or redistributed. Uploading of malicious software, offensive material, or unauthorized content is strictly prohibited. All communication within the platform must remain respectful. Harassment, discrimination, or the use of offensive language may result in suspension. Misuse of the platform in any form may lead to account suspension or termination.

Course Access, Payment, and Certification:
Users can explore, select, and pay for courses through our secure payment gateway. Upon successful payment, course materials will be accessible. A digital certificate will be issued upon course completion. All course purchases are final, and refunds are not provided. Exceptions may be made at our discretion in cases such as duplicate payments or technical errors. All certificates must accurately reflect genuine completion by the registered user. Falsification may lead to suspension and potential reporting to employers or relevant authorities.

Intellectual Property:
All course content, including training materials, videos, text, graphics, and certificates, is the intellectual property of Generation Z or its licensors. No part of the content may be copied, reproduced, or shared without prior written consent.

Privacy and Data Use:

Platform Availability and Maintenance:
Our platform may integrate third-party services, over which we have no control and for which we bear no responsibility regarding performance or privacy. Users must ensure stable internet connectivity and the use of compatible devices, as we are not responsible for disruptions caused on the user’s end.

Limitation of Liability:
Generation Z is not responsible for any data loss, technical difficulties, or academic/career outcomes related to course use. Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the most recently purchased course.

Termination:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for any violation of these Terms. Terminated accounts may lose access to previous course history, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.

Changes to Terms:
We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our platform and take effect immediately. Continued use of the platform signifies your acceptance of any revised terms.

Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts, regardless of the user’s country of residence.
