Refund Policy

At Generation Z Education, we are committed to providing a high-quality learning experience. We understand that under certain circumstances, students may need to request a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling in any course.

Refunds may be considered only within 15 days of course enrollment. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a pro rata basis. The decision to approve or reject a refund request lies solely with the Generation Z Education admin team.

What does "pro rata basis" mean? If a refund is approved, the refunded amount will be calculated proportionally based on the part of the course that has not been accessed or completed. For example, if 30% of the course has already been completed, only the remaining 70% of the course fee may be eligible for refund.

To request a refund, students must send an email to info@generationz.education with the following details: full name, registered email address, course name, reason for cancellation, and bank account details for processing the refund.

Once the request is received, our admin team will review it and determine eligibility. If the refund is approved, the appropriate amount will be processed to the provided bank account. If the request is rejected, the student will be notified with a brief explanation.

Upon refund approval, access to the refunded course(s) will be revoked. In the case of a full refund across all enrolled courses, all course access will be removed.

Please note: Refunds will be issued only to the bank account specified in the request. Processing time may take 7–10 business days from the date of approval. Requests with incomplete or incorrect details will not be processed. No refund will be provided for students who have completed more than 50% of the course content or have already received a certificate of completion, if applicable.
