Hiba Sayegh is an accomplished education consultant, trainer, and quality assurance expert with over a decade of experience in early childhood education and organizational development. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Preschool and Primary Education, a CACHE Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children’s and Young People’s Services, an NCFE Level 3 Diploma in Assessing Vocational Achievement, and a Diploma in Educational Testing Competence. She also holds certifications in Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) and ISO Internal Auditing, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Neuroscience and Psychology of Mental Health.
Hiba’s professional expertise spans quality assurance, audits, inspections, and the strategic setup and operation of early years centers. She has successfully supported numerous investors in establishing nurseries across the UAE, providing them with detailed feasibility studies, market analyses, and five-year financial projections. Her hands-on experience in curriculum design, policy development, and compliance ensures that every project she leads aligns with KHDA, ADEK, and international standards of excellence.
As the co-founder and director of Generation Z Education Training Solutions, Hiba leads initiatives that empower educators and management teams through accredited qualifications, continuous professional development (CPD) programs, and customized consultancy services. She is passionate about helping practitioners and leaders enhance their professional capacity, strengthen inspection readiness, and deliver meaningful learning experiences for children.
