Her professional background includes curriculum review, classroom observation, assessment systems, safeguarding, SEND provision, professional development, and evidence-based educational evaluation. Gina has worked closely with schools, nurseries, and educational providers to strengthen quality standards, improve teaching and learning, and prepare institutions for inspection and regulatory review. She holds a Master’s Degree in Education with a SEND specialisation from Middlesex University Dubai and is qualified as both an ISO Lead Auditor and ISO Internal Auditor. Gina brings significant expertise in inclusive education, educational auditing, quality assurance systems, inspection methodologies, and educational improvement planning.
