Gina holds a Master’s Degree in Education with a SEND pathway, a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Studies, and multiple specialised diplomas including Diploma to Supporting Autism and ADHD in the Early Years, ABA Therapy, Montessori Education, and CACHE Diplomas (Levels 3 and 4) for the Early Years Workforce. She is also a CACHE Level 3 Assessor, SENCo Level 3 Assessor, and a certified Level 4 IQA (Internal Quality Assurer).

Recently, Gina completed her ISO 21001:2018 Lead Auditor EOMS certification, further aligning her expertise with international standards for educational organisations. Throughout her career, Gina has designed, developed, and delivered numerous Continuous Professional Development (CPD) sessions to learners within the UAE—helping them achieve recognised international qualifications and elevate professional practice. She has created training programs to empower practitioners at entry, junior, and senior levels across the education sector.

Her hands-on experience in Special Education allows her to promote inclusion, diversity, and individualised learning by implementing targeted strategies, measurable goals, and evidence-based practices. She regularly conducts face-to-face training sessions and quality-assurance reviews in nurseries and schools to ensure that teaching standards truly translate into classroom impact.

Gina has also had the honour of speaking at major regional education conferences such as GESS Dubai and Bright Start Abu Dhabi, where she shared insights on inclusive education and supporting children with SEND in the Early Years—topics that remain central to her professional mission.

Her early career as an Early Years Teacher for 15 years shaped her deep understanding of the practical challenges educators face, motivating her to create meaningful training and mentorship opportunities that strengthen teaching quality and learner outcomes. As an assessor for nearly eight years, she continues to uphold high standards of learner satisfaction, reflective practice, and professional growth.
