About Farah Taha

Farah Taha is an accomplished Educational Consultant, Inspector, Academic Trainer, and Internal Quality Assurer with nearly two decades of experience across the UAE, GCC, and MENA regions. As Co-Founder and Director of Generation Z Education Training Solutions, she leads with a vision to elevate the standards of early childhood and vocational education through research-driven strategies, international benchmarking, and innovative professional development programs.

Farah’s expertise spans educational leadership, regulatory compliance, curriculum and qualification design, and institutional quality assurance. She has successfully supported numerous nurseries, early childhood centres, and training institutions in achieving approvals and recognition from key education authorities, including KHDA, SPEA, ADEK, CACHE, and NCFE. Her consultancy and inspection work have guided providers through pre-inspection and post-inspection improvement cycles, resulting in elevated quality ratings and “Low Risk” outcomes.

With extensive experience in writing qualifications, designing curricula, and conducting internal quality assurance for CACHE Level 2–5 and SEND programs, Farah has become a trusted advisor to both educational investors and practitioners. She has delivered over 100 high-impact training sessions on Early Years Education, Quality Assurance, and Leadership, empowering educators to create inclusive, research-informed, and globally aligned learning environments.

Holding a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Derby and currently pursuing a Master’s in Neuroscience and Psychology at the University of Warwick, Farah integrates scientific insights into her educational practice. Her research interests include autism education, vocational training, and international school partnerships. Beyond her professional achievements, Farah is passionate about developing communities of reflective practitioners and advancing quality education for all learners.
