Understand the benchmark and/or framework you are being inspected upon to meet criteria and prepare documentation accordingly. Understand how to raise awareness in staff members to prepare and document as per the requirements. Train supervisor and leadership members to monitor, evaluate and implement changes if need to meet the local frameworks.
