Bio

Holding a Master’s Degree in Education from the University of Derby, UK, Diplomas, and Certification in Level 5 leadership and Training from Cache and Pearson BTECH, a Level 3 NCFE assessor diploma, and a BSc in Nutrition and Dietitian with a certificate in Food Hygiene and Safety UK besides numerous continuous professional development courses about all aspects of child development.

Farah has been offering 18 years of progressive experience in the development and oversight of academic programmes, policies, and initiatives to promote learners’ growth and achievement. She has senior leadership experience across multiple schools and nurseries, with expertise in the development, evaluation, and continuous improvement of challenging and inspiring curricula. She has coordinated numerous professional pieces of training for practitioners and parents to assure that plans are followed, and targets are met, and she has also assessed some settings to meet the local and international standards for the safety, health, nutrition, and well-being of children. Farah has written academic and financial plans and helped establish early childhood centres, training institutes, and other educational entities.

As an Early Years trainer and assessor, she has trained, assessed, and guided hundreds of practitioners to gain skills and knowledge in the early years and education field which immediately impacted their careers and life positively. Aligning this expertise with the mission to support society by empowering practitioners in the education sector motivated her to be a Co-founder and director of Generation Z Education and Training Solutions.
